Challenge
The distributor needed a differentiated natural décor range that would not appear identically across competing catalogues, and freight cost per unit had to come down.
Solution
An exclusive colourway was developed and nesting geometry revised so more units fit the same carton footprint. Packaging was produced under the distributor's own label.
Outcome
The range shipped as a distributor-exclusive line with a lower shipped volume per unit than the original standard sizes.
