Export FAQ
The questions buyers ask before a first order. Anything specific to your programme is answered against your selection.
- Do you work with new importers?
- Yes. First orders are usually smaller, catalogue-based selections so specification, packing and shipping are proven before a custom programme starts.
- Can I order samples before a production order?
- Sample availability is confirmed per item. Where a sample can be produced, it is quoted with its own lead time and used as the approved reference for production.
- What are your minimum order quantities?
- Minimums are confirmed per item against your specification. Custom finishes, non-standard dimensions, new weave patterns and private label packaging all change the minimum.
- How long does production take?
- Lead time is quoted against the confirmed specification. Sample approval speed and late specification changes are the most common causes of avoidable delay.
- How is the furniture packed for export?
- Packing is specified per item for container transit, with protection at the points most likely to be damaged in handling. Private label and retail-ready packing can be quoted.
- Can you produce our own designs?
- Yes. Send drawings, references or a physical sample and we will review whether it can be produced in our materials before quoting.
