Challenge
The interior scheme called for handwoven furniture in guest rooms, but the operator had previously withdrawn natural material pieces after they loosened under housekeeping handling.
Solution
Frame geometry was reworked before sampling and a tighter weave density was specified for contact areas. An approved sample became the production standard, and finish was matched to the scheme rather than supplied as stock tone.
Outcome
The programme was approved from the second sample round and rolled out across the room typologies with a single specification sheet per item.
